Our villa is a unique building erected in 1935 – a real gem of Zakopane. It is an original example of architecture from the turn of the 1930s and 1940s, when Zakopane folklore strongly permeated the urban development. What is more, it is located on Nowotarska Street – one of the oldest streets in the city – in its most prestigious part, just a few steps from Krupówki Street.

The interiors of the villa have been carefully renovated and adapted to the needs of our guests. The rooms retain the warm, highlander atmosphere of a home away from home, while offering modern solutions and comfort. The apartments are spacious, and the characteristic attic retains its traditional style. The entire building has been equipped with modern technologies that guarantee a comfortable stay at the highest level.

On level -1, there is a SPA area, an ideal place to relax after mountain hikes. Guests have at their disposal a sauna, jacuzzi, cold water barrel, and an intimate space for relaxation. This part of the villa also houses the reception, office, and a cozy meeting place.

The villa is surrounded by a spacious, well-kept garden where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. There is a gazebo with a barbecue, a playground for children, and parking spaces, which ensure comfort and freedom during your stay.

An additional advantage of the location is its proximity to Równia Krupowa – a perfect place for a walk, offering a picturesque view of the Tatra Mountains panorama.
