Apartment 12 is a cozy, modern space measuring 34 m² , ideal for couples or small families. Located in the attic, it delights with atmospheric wooden beams and warm décor. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette, while the bedroom with a comfortable bed guarantees a peaceful stay. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the look.

This is a place where tradition meets modernity.

Amenities: kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and tableware; TV, Wi-Fi, towels, hairdryer, and shower. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

Additional amenities include one free parking space per apartment. Guests can enjoy a spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi, open from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with 50-minute sessions available upon prior reservation with the spa staff. Free bicycle rentals are also available from the same staff. There is also a children's playground on site.

The building does not have an elevator.
