Apartment 9 is an exceptionally spacious 59 m² apartment, captivating with its elegance and freshness. Amenities: kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and full tableware, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with seating area, towels, hairdryer, and shower. The apartment has heating. Pets are welcome.

Additional amenities include one free parking space per apartment. Guests can enjoy a spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi, open from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with 50-minute sessions available upon prior reservation with the spa staff. Free bicycle rentals are also available from the same staff. There is also a children's playground on site.

The building does not have an elevator.
