The functional bathroom with a shower has been prepared with guests' daily comfort in mind. An additional convenience is a washing machine, increasing comfort especially during longer stays. Air conditioning, carefully selected equipment, and garden furniture make the apartment perfect for both a short trip and a family vacation in Zakopanem.

1. Christmas and New Year - individual prices, minimum 4 days.
   
2. A refundable deposit of PLN 500 (payable by card) is due upon reservation.
   
3. One parking space in the underground garage free of charge.
   
4. The price list does not include a tourist tax.
   
5. Check-in time is until 11 a.m.
   
6. Receptions to the flats take place between 16:00 and 21:00 . Arrivals after reception opening hours are charged an additional 100 PLN upon prior confirmation of availability by the resident.
   
7. The flat lessor stipulates that the only price valid for the lessee is the price from the day and time of making the reservation, as the price list may change at any time and under any price conditions, e.g. Last Minute, First Minute, etc. To this end, please check the current prices under ‘’Book Online‘’.
